For many years, Prolight + Sound has focused strongly on the talents of tomorrow. Future Talents Day, in particular, is an important component in the promotion of young talent. With a varied programme aimed at trainees and students, the fair supports the entry into professional life. A premiere at Prolight + Sound 2020 is the Start-up Area in Hall 11.0, where companies that have been on the market for less than five years will be presenting their products and services.

Hall 11.0: Future Talents Day

Prolight + Sound is dedicated to the demand for qualified personnel. On Tuesday (31 March), Future Talents Day will take place with special offers for vocational school pupils, students and apprentices – including a series of lectures on career scenarios in the event industry. Whether it’s networking with experts, exchanging ideas with exhibitors or gaining insights into the latest trends in the event and event industry, a visit to the fair provides young people with an all-round view. During Prolight + Sound, job offers and applications will be displayed live to all visitors and interested parties on screens in the Future Talents Hub in Hall 11.0.

Companies can specifically address young specialists here and inform them about career opportunities in their company.
