Although there’s around ten more months until Prolight + Sound 2018, the preparations for the fair are already in full swing. The first exhibitors have already booked their stands in the halls of Messe Frankfurt in the past weeks – and took advantage of an early bird special. Exhibitors have already been able to declare their participation at Prolight + Sound 2018 since April. The easiest way to do this is online. That is also where companies which want to present their products and services at the Prolight + Sound for the first time can register and have the forms sent to them in an uncomplicated way. In addition, the practical online services can be used to book all further services related to the fair, from hostess service to stand furniture.
July 31, 2017 – Deadline for Early Bird Special
There are still early bird prices available until the end of the month – with discounts of up to 15 percent. The regular prices are in effect from August 1st. Special offers, like the ‘Complete Package’ will be available as was the case last year. From September 2017 – From Stand Approval to Services Provided
Around September, our clients will receive their stand confirmation forms and with them the details about the stand provided. In addition, the exhibitor entrance tickets will be sent to the company as well as the tickets for set-up and tearing down for the companies that have already registered.
Via the shop with exhibitor services, additional services such as electricity, water, catering, guest coupons, and similar items can be ordered. Here various due dates and deadlines apply, depending on services requested.

Important: The use of laser systems on Prolight + Sound is notifiable.
From Oktober 2017 – Promotion Package
Do you want to promote your stand with high-quality advertisement materials like posters and postcard, personalized e-cards or banners? Prolight + Sound offers many possibilities to optimally present your fair experience and thus stimulating the interest of professional visitors and partners. You can receive all the information you need regarding ordering personalized advertisement materials from October 2017.
From January 2018 – Press Services
Starting around January 2017, exhibitors will be sent the appropriate forms for ordering press services. For example, companies have the chance to order press releases at the press center. In addition, the team at Prolight + Sound supports the organization of press conferences at the fair grounds and publishes dates in the event calendar – online and off. News is also transmitted through the social media channels. Exhibitors can register news and topics with the press and media relations team at any time.
Early February 2018 – Deadline Catalogue Listing
The deadline for submitted data for the official fair catalogue is around two months before the start of Prolight + Sound 2018. The listing is part of a wide-ranging media package from Messe Frankfurt, which facilitates optimal presence for exhibitors – before, during, and after the fair.
Mid-March 2018 – Deadline Early Set-Up
Do you need more time for setting up or tearing down? No problem. Using the Easyorder Tool from Messe Frankfurt, you can easily book early set-up and extended tear-down until mid-March.
