Each year, Prolight + Sound honors outstanding achievements by representatives from the event and event technology industries. Particularly succinct are the Opus, Sinus, MIPA & PIPA Award. Have fun watching the 2018 award ceremony with all winners of the above awards.
Innovative, varied and informative - with these three words, the Prolight + Sound 2018 can be put in a nutshell. Relive the hightlights of the fair with this impressions video and be inspired by the pictures. At the same time, the anticipation for next year will be further increased. And who knows: maybe we'll see each other in Frankfurt next year from 2 to 5 April 2019?!
TMB and Company NA have once again partnered at Prolight + Sound 2018 bringing a mix of innovative, high-performance technology to the show. This year, TMB introduced the ProPlex IQ Tester, an Ethernet tester for entertainment production. Inspired by the contributions of the world's leading production and staging experts, the IQ Tester is an "all-in-one" device that complements the ProPlex range of data distribution devices. What TMB and Company NA have shown, you can watch in the video.
Once again, one of the highlights of the Prolight + Sound 2018 was the PRG show in the Festhalle. Visitors were able to admire impressive effects of the exhibitor live every half an hour.
It's unbelievable how fast the last day of the fair is coming to an end. We captured a few more impressions in the halls and would like to say goodbye to these pictures from the Prolight + Sound 2018. But fortunately, after the fair is also before the fair. We look forward to the Prolight + Sound 2019 in spring 2019!
Real-time tracking is one of the big topics at this year's Prolight + Sound. Performances and live demonstrations of different capturing systems can be seen at different stands. This is also the case with BlackTrax, a real-time tracking system. This tracking solution is used to track movements on a stage and allow different devices to respond. Light, sound and graphic animations are controlled by the movements of the artist and produce different effects.
Shining and not to be overlooked is the bull in hall 5.0 at the stand of the Designgroup. The special thing about it: The head was manufactured with a 3D printer.
