Information on setup and dismantling
Regular set-up for Prolight + Sound 2026 will begin on 19 March 2026 and end on 23 March 2026, 3 p.m.. Please note that after this time, set-up can only take place within the stands due to carpet laying. During this period, the aisles must be kept clear and no tools or stand construction materials may be left in the aisles.
If you wish to set up your stand early on 18 March 2026, please register this via the Shop for Exhibitor Services. Early set-up is free of charge if you register by 2 March 2026. March 2026. For registrations from 3 March 2026 onwards, you will be charged EUR 300.00 per stand.
Regular stand dismantling will start on 26 March 2026 at 5 p.m. and end on 29 March 2026. Please note that on 26 March 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., dismantling can only take place within the stands due to the removal of carpeting in the aisles and the delivery of empty containers by the trade fair forwarding agents.

Check-in system
Here you will find all the important information about the new check-in system at Messe Frankfurt. To ensure smooth setup and dismantling for you, all vehicles entering the exhibition grounds as part of Prolight + Sound will be registered.

Wi-Fi on the exhibition grounds
Enjoy free basic Wi-Fi access throughout the exhibition grounds during the fair. For an always available and interference-free connection, we recommend our premium access.
The media package: Visibility on all channels
Make your company more known with our media package. This is mandatory for all exhibitors and is an essential tool for a successful trade fair appearance. With the media package, your company will be present on all important information channels of Prolight + Sound before, during, and after the fair.
