If you are looking for a professional and fully prepared solution for your trade fair appearance, the Complete Package is the right choice. It is aimed at exhibitors who want to plan their trade fair appearance without a great deal of logistical effort and still attach importance to a high-quality presentation.

For a complete price starting at 4,621 euros for 9 square meters, you get everything you need for a successful trade fair appearance – including equipment, power supply, cleaning and media package. The following package prices apply for larger areas: EUR 5,833 for 12 m² and EUR 10,681 for 24 m². These prices already include all mandatory fees such as AUMA and environmental fees as well as the media package.

But what exactly does the “Complete Package” offer?

You will receive a professionally equipped exhibition stand with back and side walls in white and a height of 2.50 meters, giving your presentation a clear, modern structure. The carpet in standard color ensures a harmonious overall appearance. A company sign with lettering is also included in the package.

From a stand size of 12 square meters, an additional 1 m² storage cabin is available. A slatwall provides space for product presentations; two slatwalls are included from 24 square meters. The equipment is supplemented by two shelves (from 24 m²: four shelves).

The furnishings include a round table in black, two upholstered wooden chairs (from 12 m²: three chairs), a white counter and a black bar stool. Spotlights provide optimal lighting – one per four square meters.

The electrical supply is already included in the package with an output of 1 to 3 kW, as well as the connection and a triple Schuko socket. This provides all the basic technical requirements for your presentation.

The Complete Package is also comprehensive in terms of service: pre-cleaning before the start of the trade fair and daily stand cleaning are included. In addition, you benefit from a comprehensive media package that ensures your presence on all Messe Frankfurt channels – online, onsite and in print.

The package contains unlimited free vouchers for your customer invitations so that you can invite your customers to the trade fair in a targeted manner.

Live Sound Arena: Your outdoor stage at Prolight + Sound

The Live Sound Arena at Prolight + Sound offers you the unique opportunity to present your live sound systems to an international audience under real conditions. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to showcase your systems effectively on a large open-air stage. You have two options for taking part in this exciting event:

• Option 1 – Including stand in a hall: If you book a stand of 30 m² or more in one of the halls, participation in the Live Sound Arena is free of charge*.
• Option 2 – Exclusively on the outdoor stage: If you do not have your own stand, you can register directly for the Live Sound Arena for EUR 10,379.00*.

This price includes a reduced media package worth EUR 585.00 and the usual fees for the environmental contribution and AUMA. Regardless of which option you choose, your package includes the following services:

• Four 10-minute demo slots per day during the trade fair.
• Two suspension points, taking into account the maximum load capacity, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
• An electrical connection that supplies up to 20 kW with a CEE 32A coupling.
• Two additional parking permits, valid for vans up to 3.5t and cars.
• Six additional exhibitor passes.
• Media package for additional reach via trade fair channels.
