Registering your stand by the end of July will not only save you money. Exhibitors who decide early on – in keeping with the principle of “first come, first served” – have a wide choice of stand locations. They also get the chance to present their projects as part of the lecture and event program. Combined with the discount of up to thirteen percent, these are strong arguments for early booking.

Audio exhibitors watch out – book Live Sound arenas
A further highlight of Prolight + Sound every year are the Live Sound arenas. Here, audio manufacturers can present their sound systems to visitors to the trade fair under practical conditions. On the F10 and F12 open-air exhibition grounds of Messe Frankfurt, large stage structures are set up in an ideal form and sound systems are shown under realistic conditions. Here, too, space is scarce. The prerequisite for participation in a Live Sound Arena is a stand presence in Hall 8.0.
