It’s already been four months since PLS 2014, and the preparations for next year’s event are already being made at full speed. Almost 900 exhibitors will be presenting their light, sound, and event products at Messe Frankfurt, where both the ‘Musikmesse’ music trade fair and Prolight + Sounds have been taking place every year since 1996. More than 42,000 trade visitors came to see the latest in LED trends, audio technology, and even spectacular laser shows. It was also the perfect chance to meet colleagues from the same field, and to attend some of the numerous presentations. Next year, we intend to make Prolight + Sound an even better experience – so we’re bringing SHOWTECH from Berlin here to Frankfurt.
SHOWTECH has been the premiere trade fair for technology and equipment for the stage for more than 30 years. Last time, it attracted around 300 exhibitors and 7,500 visitors to Berlin. All those interested will be able to find SHOWTECH in Galleria 1 of the Frankfurt trade fair centre from April 15th to 18th 2015. Her you can find the complete hall plan of the Prolight & Sound 2015.
Some of the first exhibitors to confirm include ‘Die Filmschaffenden’ – ‘The Filmmakers’, Germany’s Federal Society of Film Industry Associations. “As the umbrella organisation for associations working in the film and television industry, we are going to make the connection between technology, creativity and organisation visible at Prolight + Sound – something that we feel hasn’t been the case in the past,” commented managing director Regine Hergersberg to Prolight + Sound. She’s already looking forward to the 2015 fair with anticipation – as is the PLS team!
