The anticipation for Prolight + Sound after a long break was also high for Christian Brose, Marketing and Sales at Vision Two.
“Our industry lives very much on people and personal relationships. We hope to welcome many business friends, manufacturer partners, media representatives and colleagues at our booth and are very much looking forward to the exchange.”
New moving lights from Claypaky
Specially designed for the theater and TV/studio market, Claypaky presented LED spotlights. The Sinfonya Profile 600 is the first model in this new series, and combines whisper-quiet operation, very high light quality, and precise repositioning. The Sinfonya Profile 600’s RGBLA LED engine produces vivid and rich colors with superior CRI and TLCI values. The innovative ACCUFRAME iris slider system operates ultra-precisely on two focus planes and allows accurate and efficient shading of the beam, making it a compelling overall package.
Also from Claypaky, the Arolla Profile MP, the smallest and lightest moving light in its class, was on display at Prolight+ Sound. Despite its ultra-compact design, this light surprises with a 470 watt white light LED engine and 22,000 lumens of light output, its functional diversity is so far more familiar from larger and more expensive spotlights.
Thanks to the eSWAP system, the Arolla Profile MP can also be converted from a profile spotlight to a spotlight in no time at all.
With the Clapaky Mini Xtylos HPE with laser source gas there is another device from the category “compact powerhouse” to marvel at. At 9kg, it is a true lightweight and, in addition to an unrivaled bright and laser-typical color-intensive light output, has a fast-working endless pan system that guarantees sensational effects.
Another innovation from Claypaky was the CloudIO, an IoT device that conveniently provides technicians with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
DeSisti VariWhite Color
The innovative products of the new VariWhite+Color (VW+C) series from the manufacturer DeSisti were also presented at the VisionTwo booth. These use the latest LED technologies to make DeSisti’s LED Fresnel and Soft LED series fixtures more powerful, versatile and efficient than ever before. All fixtures in the series feature significantly higher quality and a much fuller white and color spectrum with color temperatures flexible in the range of 1,800 K to 12,000 K and a CRI>96 and TLCI >98.
DeSisti is the first manufacturer ever to use native high-power phosphor LEDs in warm and cool white, to which the colored (also high-power phosphor) RGBA LEDs are mixed. This enables an unprecedented LED color spectrum with consistent color point stability.
Coemar Mini LEDko series
Italian manufacturer Coemar had its latest product, the new Mini LEDko series, on hand. The Mini LEDko is an enormously compact version of the popular success product LEDko. The result is a spotlight with an impressive ratio of light output and power consumption. The Mini LEDko will be available as profile, Fresnel, spot and ellipsoid spotlight in different color temperatures and as VariWhite version. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for installation applications in museums, galleries and stores.
