Behind the scenes and days before the doors to Prolight + Sound open, busy helpers scurry around the exhibition halls. Forklifts transport materials from a to b, scaffolds are built, carpets unrolled, cables laid, spotlights aligned, speakers positioned and finally the products are staged.
Every movement has to be just right; everything is exactly planned. Coordinating all of this is a huge project and is of utmost importance. It takes hours, if not days until everything is ready.
