Display Week: interest in German technology and research during display week has grown enormously. This was demonstrated during Display Week in San Francisco, which took place at the end of May this year. The professional event, organized by the Society for Information Display (SID), was a complete success for the German exhibitors. The German pavilion was never better visited than in this year, according to the summary of the Deutschen Flachdisplay-Forum (DFF).
German Display Technology & Industry
For five days, industry met in the Moscone Convention Center and mainly discussed technological improvements. The German pavilion, which was sponsored by BMWi, displayed the entire spectrum of display technology and industry.
