As an expert in brand entertainment, she translates corporate missions into immersive concepts, combining sound and movement to create impressive spectacles. She has played a key role in building the entertainment programs for venues such as Hakkasan, Marquee Las Vegas and the Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas. Not surprisingly, she was named one of the 16 Most Influential Women in Las Vegas. She has also successfully led creative efforts for special events and shows on behalf of global brands and event organizers such as Eurovision, Disney, Mercedes Benz, the Olympics and Cirque du Soleil. Her special flair for turning an entertainment moment into an unforgettable experience and her years of experience working with renowned artists make her a sought-after partner for brands and event organizers.
Promoting female artists, overcoming stereotypes

That’s why Cleary has dedicated herself to supporting female artists, founding her company Belluscious Productions in 2003 to collaborate with the best female performers and dancers. Pushing the boundaries of contemporary sound design with a holistic perspective
Driven by her own profound experiences, Gen has finally shifted her focus. Having succeeded in overcoming personal challenges through music therapy and sound experiences herself, she now strives to revolutionize our relationship with the experience of sound from the ground up, elevating it to a higher level than a mere moment of entertainment. Gen’s company Sound Connective therefore combines insights from sound research, music therapy methods and traditional tribal techniques to create unique, technology-based experiences that are not only accessible to a wide audience but also particularly entertaining. Her main goal is to restore people’s connection to themselves and their environment in order to bring about inner healing, unity and change.
This innovative work has attracted the interest of Sony Entertainment Japan, who describe Gene’s first installation “The HUM” as the future of sound entertainment. In addition, “The HUM” was included in the top 5 “Unstoppable Rise of Brain-Boosting Functional Experiences ” of 2022 by the World Experience Organization.
In addition to this honor, Gene’s special flair for creating exceptional sound experiences has earned her other accolades.
